Matthew joined the real estate industry in Jan 2020. During these 2 years of very demanding COVID environment and multiple restrictions to the trade, he has helped many clients to solve their property requirements- be it residential or commercial, buy, sale or rent, even managing to pick up multiple awards along the way in his short journey so far.
Having spent most of his career as an educator, business owner and Chief Operating Officer of a regional logistics firm , he has been at the forefront of strategy, sales & marketing, customer service, communications, presentations and negotiations. With his wide ranging repertoire and experience, Matthew leads the team on all matters relating to today’s tech solutions, web presence, social media marketing and quality assurance.
Terrance Wong is a dedicated top real estate professional with a strong closing record. Starting his real estate career in end 2012, he has transacted $250m worth of properties from 2013 to 2021.
He is well versed in all forms of transactions, and believes in the motto of providing services that match the needs of the Client. If he doesn’t understand it, he will research it methodically step by step to enable a smooth, efficient, and maximized benefit transaction to the client!
He has deep transactional experience honed in over 100+ executed transactions in condo, landed, HDB and also less transacted forms such as commercial and industrial, often to match his investor client needs or his businessman client needs. If you need it, he will source it!.
This work ethic is reflected in the major company accolades that Terrance’s wins frequently. Starting off right away in 2013 as the Best Rookie of The Year in DTZ, and being consistently amongst the top 1% in the agency rankings every year.
Terrance also believes strongly in nurturing the next generation of real estate agents to succeed in this industry. He currently also leads and spearheads the Terrance Wong Division (TWD) within PROPNEX, Singapore’s Premier and largest real estate agency, where he leads a team of over thirty agents. In their first year of operations in Propnex, TWD has already generated an average income of 6 digits per headcount, and TWD has garnered closed to 10 platinum awards within, definitely strong figures in the industry!
